Each fall, Wonder Valley Christian Camp hosts a retreat just for women. This overnight event features inspirational speakers, music, fellowship, great food, crafts and activities. Fall is beautiful in The Valley and this is a great chance to bring some of your friends, unwind, and re-charge your batteries.

Check-In: 5:00 - 5:45 p.m., Oct. 21

Check-out: 4:00 p.m., Oct. 22

Cost: $45 for both days, $25 for a single day

Play board games or cards and meet new friends. Renew old acquaintances, do a craft, experience the Zip Line, High Ropes Course, shooting range or just enjoy a time to relax and renew.

Wagon Ride, Cave, Archery and Campfire

Catch a wagon ride to the Wonder Valley Cave and a short tour of the Pioneer Camp. Or try your hand at archery or tomahawk throwing. If you're not up to that much activity, there will be an option to remain at the main camp for crafts. After dinner on Friday night, we'll head up to Macedonia for worship in the great outdoors. Campfire, stories, s’mores and more!

What to Bring:

  • Casual Clothes

  • Comfortable shoes
    (lace-up, close-toed for activities and walking)
  • Twin Size Bedding & Pillow

  • Toiletries, Towel & Washcloth

  • Flashlight

  • Camp Chair for time around the campfire

  • Bible, Pen & Notebook

  • Games and Cards for Friday Night

Friday, Oct. 21

5-5:30    Registration/Move In

5:30        Choose Your Activity:

  • Archery/Hatchet Throwing - (Macedonia Shooting Range)

  • Crafts - (Basement of Dining Hall)

  • High Ropes Course* 

*If you choose High Ropes as your activity, please arrive by 5 p.m. in order to be at the ropes course by 5:30 and have time to complete the course before sunset.

6:30        Dinner (Dining Hall)


7:15        Campfire Snacks and Conversation

(Carpool, bring your camp chairs and drive up to the campfire area at Macedonia if you’re staying on the main campus.)​


7:45        Worship around the Campfire

  • Music  and Devotions by Turning Point Christian Church


8:30        Games in Dining Hall/Free Time

              (Bring your own board games and cards, or jump into a new group of  friends to enjoy fun and fellowship in the dining hall.)


Go to bed whenever you’re ready! Please be respectful of those who have chosen a “quiet dorm” for the evening.

Saturday, Oct. 22

7:00                      Coffee for early risers

7:30—8:30           Breakfast (Served Buffet Style, at your leisure)

REGISTRATION for those only attending on Saturday. See Gina or Patty in the Dining Hall.


8:45        Meet in the Ark for Music & Morning Devotions​

  • Ladies can then break out to various locations around camp for quiet time or some can stay in the Ark if they prefer.


9:30        Worship and Missions (in the Ark)

  • Music by Vuyovich Sisters

  • Missions by Amanda Rife of Commission Encounter


10:15      --------Break-------

Go to the restroom, change shoes or clothes if needed and transition to your activity location.


10:30     Activity Time #1     

Choose from the following:

  • Fun with Food: Creating Your Favorite things w/out Dairy - with Summer Lange (Dining Hall)

  • Zipline (Meet Facilitators in the Basement)

  • Firearms 101 (Meet Facilitators at Macedonia Shooting Range)
